Ultra Low flow/High Efficiency toilet Rebate Program.
Rebates up to $100 for each high flow toilet replaced by an ultra low flow 1.28 gallon toilet is available to single family, multi-family, and commercial customers who receive their water supply directly from St Petersburg.
In order to be eligible you must be a St Petersburg water customer (copy of your water bill)
